To guard against COVID-19 pandemic policemen at Chhaoni police station in Bhilai are regularly taking steam through a system, developed with the help of a pressure cooker at the police station. Gopal Vaishy, Station House Officer, Chhaoni Police Station informed that on the line of Ghaziabad police they have set up a system with the help of pipes attached to a pressure cooker on gas lit burners, generating steam for inhalation and police officials and personnel are taking steam regularly in a brake during duty.

 

SHO, Gopal Vaishy also informed that while complying with all COVID protocols viz hand hygiene, sanitizing, wearing masks police officials and personnel at the police station are also taking steam to protect themselves against COVID attack as advised by physician. He also acknowledged support extended by Sunil Goyal, Alderman, Bhilai Municipal Corporation for installation of the steam system at police station.
