Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan on Monday took to the streets riding in an open vehicle to make an appeal to the public to use mask and follow all the precautions related to Corona. He urged the people, “I am your Sevak and appeal to you with folded hands to use mask to defeat this deadly coronavirus, keep a safe distance between each other and wash your hands and sanitise them frequently.”
 
Chouhan said, “Motivate your family, relatives and other people to do this as Meri Suraksha Mera Mask. Put on a mask and defeat the corona. Humanity will win, corona will lose.” Chouhan said, “It is our duty and social responsibility that every person should be involved in the campaign against corona. With public awareness and active support of all, we will be able to beat Corona in an effective manner soon. Join this campaign yourself, involve your family and inspire others.” Chouhan said that corona infection is increasing rapidly in the State. “We have made complete arrangements for testing, treatment etc. of corona in hospitals. But we want that the corona infection does not spread. For this it is necessary that you follow all precautions such as wearing masks.”
 
Chouhan said that the economy is badly affected by the lockdown. People’s businesses are destroyed. People’s livelihood has been brutally snatched away. “So, we do not want to enforce a lockdown. We want all of us to take full precautions and defeat corona,” he appealed to the people. Chief Minister Chouhan during this time, visited markets like Anand Market, Gandhi Market, Piplani, Gandhi Square, Barkheda, Vijay Market, Maharana Pratap Nagar, Board Office Square, 6 Numbers, 7 Number and 10 Number Market, Bittan Market, Ravi Shankar Market, Shivaji Nagar, Panchsheel Nagar, Harshvardhan Nagar, Mata Mandir Square, New Market, Roshanpura Square, Jahangirabad, Kalika Mandir Square, Budhwara, Moti Masjid, Sadar manjil, Royal market, Hamidia Hospital, old secretariate, Lalghati and Bairagarh market and convinced the common people to cooperate in the campaign against Corona.
