On the morning of April 3 at Mahendiwada region of Waraseoni police station, a speeding pick-up vehicle crashed into a bike, leaving a mother and son duo injured. Post the accident, the driver of the pick-up vehicle fled from the scene. After receiving information about accident from the local public, the police took the injured to the Waraseoni civil hospital.

 

Post the first aid, the doctors referred Mayur Bhardwaj(25), a resident of Tirodi to District Hospital, Balalghat. His mother, Meena Bharadwaj is receiving treatment at civil hospital. As per the information received from the sources, Tirodi resident, Mayur Bharadwaj was returning back with his mother Meena on his bike. A speeding pick-up vehicle coming towards Mahendiwada from Jhadiwada rammed into the bike.

 

Both Mayur and his mother sustained injureies. The police reached the accident site and took the injured to the civil hopital at Waraseoni. After administering first aid, Dr. Ravindra Tathod referred Mayur to District Hospital Balaghat for further treatment. His mother Meena Bharadwaj is being treated at Civil Hospital.
