Around 104 staff members associated with the Joy Senior Secondary School (JSSS), on Wednesday, handed over a memorandum addressed to the Divisional Commissioner, Collector, Superintendent of Police and District Education Officer and shared their concerns due to increasing non-cooperation and interference of students’ parents in the school’s working. In their memorandum, the staff members complained against parents who were reluctant to pay school fees which was the only source for their salaries.

These parents also allegedly misbehaved with the school staff every now and then. The continuous non-cooperation and unsupportive attitude of parents has left an adverse impact on the smooth operation of the school work. They also demanded that the senior authorities should intervene into the matter to ensure respite to the school administration and teachers.
