INSTITUTE of Management Technology (IMT), Nagpur is geared up to host the international conference on ‘The Role of HR in the New Normal’ on April 9, 2021, at 10 am. The conference will witness a distinct range of academicians, management students, practitioners and policymakers convene virtually for the one-day event. The focus of the conference will be to discuss the research findings, innovative practices, challenges and strategies to counter the ever-changing terrain of human capital management.

 

The Institute of Management Technology, Nagpur welcomes HR practitioners, academic fraternity, and policymakers to learn about and discuss issues, ideas that focus on a topic of mutual concern. The accepted papers will be published in the ‘Journal of Emerging Technologies and Business Management’ the institutes journal subject to modifications / enhancement suggested by the journal’s Editorial Board, using Elsevier platform.

 

The selected papers will be published in special issues of this journal which would be reflected on the Google Scholar of the respective authors, whose papers are selected. At least one author needs to register for the conference to get considered for publication of the abstract/paper.
