The BJP Spokesperson further added that the Judicial Enquiry should also take into consideration his last Facebook post, wherein, he had named a senior police official and said if any FIR is registered against him or in case he dies, the said police official should be held responsible. Srivastava said that the constable was being threatened as he used to expose the misdeeds in social media.
Srivastava said that his facebook post which was made some 24 hours before his death, where he had claimed that he could die under suspicious circumstances. He said that Constable Pushparaj Singh had been vocal against the laborious work undertaken from police constables and recruits in police lines and was suspended several times for being vocal against the police administration.

The BJP Spokesperson Sanjay Srivastava stated that his body was found late at night beside a country liquor shop and his scooter was also parked near his body. Police is terming the death as accident while the victim’s family members are claiming it as murder. The victim’s brother after seeing the spot had claimed before the media that the death was suspicious.
