Expressing resentment against the statement issued by former Chief Minister, Kamal Nath with the aim of creating an atmosphere of fear and tarnishing the image of India on coronavirus and misleading farmers, BJP leaders and workers lodged complaint against Kamal Nath in police stations under all 16 Mandals of the district BJP leaders said Kamal Nath had described Coronavirus as an Indian variant and released the video, after which the party has decided to lodge complaint against him at mandal level. BJP leaders in the complaints said all the countries including India are unitedly fighting against covid-19 pandemic spread by China. In India, every citizen of the country under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi is struggling shoulder to shoulder with the government. Doctors, nurses, police personnel, administration, social organizations and political party are also united in this difficult time.
 
At this juncture, former Chief Minister Kamal Nath released the video, showing the corrupt mentality of Congress and violating the order of the government with the aim of disturbing tranquility in the country by spreading anger and anarchy against the government. He has called Chinese virus as Indian variant.
 
The statement is going to spoil country’s image on international level as well as create an atmosphere of fear among the countrymen. BJP leaders said Section 144 is in force in every district and action has been ordered against those spreading fear on social media, in such a situation, Kamal Nath’s statement is also spreads fear. He has also provoked Congress MLAs for setting fire, which comes in the category of legal offense and is sedition punishable under sections 124 (A) 505 (1), 153 (A) and 188 of IPC. Hence, the BJP leaders demanded to lodge FIR against Kamal Nath and take strict action against him.
