Corona vaccination of people between age group of 18 and 44 started in Raipur from Saturday. However, Antyoday card holders will be administered vaccine for now. As many as 14 centres have been set up in Raipur district. One of the vaccination centres is Medical College, Raipur where a large number of citizens got vaccinated on the first day today. Vaccination starts daily from 11:00 am. Vaccination will be done even on Sunday. Similarly, vaccination centres have been set up at District Hospital Pandri, Urban Primary Health Centre Bhatagaon, Gudiyari and Gogaon under Raipur Municipal Corporation and Ravanbhata under Birgaon Municipal Corporation.
 
Similarly, vaccination centres have been set up at Khairkhut and Bangoli, primary health centres of Tilda development block, Torla and Parsada of Abhanpur development block, Rakhi and Rewa of Arang development block and Mandhar and Kurud-Siliyari of Dharsiwan development block. Citizens holding Antyoday ration card in the district can get vaccinated at the nearest vaccination centre. They should also carry Aadhaar or voter card. No prior registration is required for this. The District Collector has appealed to the citizens to follow the social distancing and corona protocols at the time of vaccination.
