DGP Vivek Johari inspected this Covid Care Centre and took stock of arrangements
 
He expressed satisfaction over treatment arrangements
 
 
To save lives of police personnel from corona infection, Covid Care Centre has been started at police hospital in Bhopal. DGP Vivek Johari inspected this Covid Care Centre and took stock of arrangements. He expressed his satisfaction over the treatment arrangements. In the meantime, he instructed that in case of empty beds, treatment should be also provided to common people. On this occasion, ADG SAF Milind Kaneskar, ADG Welfare Vijay Kataria, ADG Bhopal Zone A Sai Manohar , DIG Irshad Wali, Commandant, Seventh Battalion Tarun Nayak were also present. Tarun Nayak informed that centre is having sixteen oxygen beds.medical team will be present round the clock for treatment.
 
In case of need, services of specialist doctors will be taken. Prior to this, Covid care centres have been also started in five other districts of State. Notably, police personnel are deployed to ensure effective implementation of corona curfew. They are also checking unnecessary flow of traffic. Notably, many police personnel have got infected while discharging their duty and few of them even lost their lives.
