Hum Foundation submits memo against cutting of trees in Baksbaha jungle

Senior office-bearers of Hum Foundation recently submitted a memorandum, designated to the President of India and the Governor of Madhya Pradesh, to the Joint Collector against chopping of trees in the jungle of Baksbaha. The Foundation members said where on one hand there is dire need of environment conservation while on the other trees are being chopped in the jungle of Baksbaha in Chhatarpur for diamonds.
 
They in the memorandum said that trees are being axed in search of diamonds in Chhatarpur area. In spite of conservation the nature has been ruined. To stop such cruel act against the nature, Hum Foundation members have launched a State-level campaign so that forest can be protected. Those present were Dr Shaleen Dingra, Dr Anup Tiwari, Ashok Sarkande, D P Rai, Jayesh Singh Rathore, Jagdish Dubey, Dr Rohit Acharya and others.
