ANJALI Bharatwal, a promising karateka of Centre Point School, Katol Road has been consistently participating in the kata tournaments and winning accolades. In the International Online Kata Tournament held recently, Anjali secured the runner-up position in the Under-11 kata event in which her score was 4 out of 5. The prestigious tournament, organised by SFA (Sports For All), was exclusively for participants from India, UAE, Muscat, Qatar and Saudi Arabia. The tournament was conducted by Delhi Public School, Kollam as part of its Online Summer Sports Fest 2021. Anjali was awarded a Certificate of Excellence for securing 2nd rank from among a number of participants from India and abroad. Anjali’s effort, skill and success were lauded by Shilpee Ganguly, Principal, Centre Point School Katol Road, Vice-Principals, staff and students.
