Sihora MLA Nandani Maravi and District Panchayat CEO Riju Bafna conducted door-to door visit in rural areas on Wednesday and educated the common public about the importance of vaccination. Vanshakar Colony Kundam had the lowest percentage of vaccination. MLA Nandani Maravi and District Panchayat CEO Riju Bafna visited Vanshkar Colony and instructed local shopkeepers to put a notice in front of their shops, informing the people that the shopkeeper and his family has received Corona Virus vaccine. During the visit, MLA Maravi and District Panchayat CEO Riju Bafna motivated the people of rural areas to receive vaccination. CEO Riju Bafna instructed the team of Health Department to begin the vaccination process at Vanshkar colony immediately.
 
A total of 80 people from Vanshkar colony were vaccinated till evening. District Panchayat CEO Riju Bafna and other concerned officials visited Chauraikala vaccination centre. During the visit, concerned officials explained the importance of vaccination to local shopkeepers and instructed them to put a notice in front of their shops stating that shopkeeper and his family has received Corona Virus vaccine. Moreover, businessmen from Jabalpur and Shahpura were instructed to carry a vaccination certificate, else they will not be allowed to open their shops. The concerned officials instructed the members of Prasphutan Samiti of Jan Abhiyan Parishad and Self Help Groups to spread awareness among rural people about vaccination. Tehsildar Pradip Kaurav, Janpad CEO Onkar Singh Thakur, Block Health Officer Sonu Sharma and others concerned officials were present.
