In the meeting of the Executive Committee of Gandhi Medical College (GMC), which concluded on Monday, the income and expenditure details for the year 2021-22 for the college were approved. Divisional Commissioner Kavindra Kiyawat, while presiding over the meeting, directed that for a balanced budget review the income-expenditure every three months. GMC Dean Dr Jitendra Shukla and Joint Commissioner Anil Kumar Dwivedi were also present in the meeting.

 

The expenditure till June was also approved in the meeting. In relation to various appointments and promotions, instructions have been given to discuss in the interdepartmental committee and present a clear proposal. Kiyawat directed that special attention should be paid to the facilities of the patients including cleanliness in Hamidia Hospital. He directed the Superintendent of Hamidia Hospital Dr Lokendra Dave to submit the compliance report on all the points of his level in a week.

 

Kiyawat directed to make excellent arrangements in the guest house of Gandhi Medical College for the stay of the faculty coming from outside as well as to make SOPs. He has instructed to present all the financial matters through Deputy Director Finance. He has also asked to ensure the payment of various service providers within the time limit.
