During the Samaj Ratna Dau Uttam Sao Punya Samaran Evam Smiriti Samman Samaroh held in Utai on Tuesday, the Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel made announcements for the development of the area. These include the renovation of the Morid tank. With this restoration work to be done at a cost of Rs 4 crore, water will be able to reach 240 hectares of farms. Along with this, the capacity of drinking water supply will also be expanded by the renovation of the tank. Capacity expansion will be done in Utai Hospital to provide best infrastructure in the field of health. It will have 10 oxygen beds. Palika Bazar will be built in Utai Nagar at a cost of Rs 2 crore. Its construction will facilitate citizens and businessmen. The old Sheetla pond of the city will also be renovated and beautified, for this also the Chief Minister announced to give Rs 75 lakh. Along with this, the Chief Minister also announced to give Rs 40 lakh and 3 acres of land for the building of District Sahu Samaj.
 
There will also be facility of Swami Atmanand English Medium School in Utai. Home and PWD Minister Tamradhwaj Sahu was also present on the occasion. The Chief Minister remembered the virtues of the Sahu community and said that the investment made in the field of education is most effective and this is the reason why our ancestors opened such a large number of schools in Patan to spread education stated Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel at Samaj Ratna Dau Uttam Sao Punya Samaran Evam Smiriti Samman Samaroh held in Utai. He said that education and health are the two biggest priorities for promotion of any sector. Sahu Samaj has done important work in the field of education. The thinking of our government is that everyone should get the benefit of quality education.
 
For this, we decided to provide the best education facilities through Swami Atmanand English Medium School and Swami Atmanand Hindi School. For this, 177 Swami Atmanand English Medium Schools have been started across the state. In his address PWD Minister Tamradhwaj Sahu said that the initiatives are being taken by the government for the development of the area and for the expansion of important facilities like basic facilities and education-health here. This will fulfill the aspirations of the citizens and the area will move towards rapid development. On this occasion, Ashwini Sahu, President, Agricultural Produce Market, Durg and other public representatives were present.
