INDIAN boxer and AIBA Youth World Champion Alfiya Akram Pathan will be felicitated by JCI Nagpur Royal on Wednesday. The felicitation programme will be held at Standing Committee Hall of Nagpur Municipal Corporation, Civil Lines at 2.30 pm. Nagpur Mayor Dayashankar Tiwari will be the chief guest of the programme. Nagpur’s pride Alfiya will be felicitated and nominated by JCI for the JCI Ten Outstanding Young Person Award in Personal Achievement Category at Zone and National Level. Earlier this year, Alfiya defeated Moldova’s Daria Kozorez 5-0 in the final to clinch her first-ever World Youth Championship gold medal at Kielce in Poland.

 

Jc Javed Rana will be the key note speaker while Jc Dr Swati Sarda, Zone Director, Programmes, will be the guest of honour. Jc Rajesh Dubey, Founder President of JCI Nagpur Royal and Sunil Agrawal, former deputy Mayor will be the special guests. The felicitation programme will be chaired by Jr Nirav Rege, President, JCI Nagpur Royal, Jc Saloni Dubey, Secretary, Jc Ajesh Chawala, Jc Chetan Randive, both vice-presidents, Jc Sachin Darokar, treasurer and Suvid Fadnavis Director will also remain present on the occasion.
