Raipur Municipal Corporation (RMC) will undertake the beautification and development of 18 more ponds in line with Telibandha pond. Mayor-in-Council (MIC) took a decision in this regard along with approval to some other important agendas on Friday. MiC chaired by Mayor Aijaz Dhebar took the decision to find new sources of revenue for Raipur Municipal Corporation (RMC) and to develop the ponds of Capital city.

 

RMC will use Telibandha pond as a template for development of 18 other water bodies like Mahant Talab Amanaka, Handi Talab behind Sheetla Mandir, Nariya talab, Amatalab, Kho-Kho talab, Pahaldava talab, Bandhwa Talab, Kari Talab, Amapara talab, Aachi talab, Bhatagaon, Bandhwatalab Mutpurena, Chuiyatalab, Bandhwatalab Gogaon, Bandhwatalab Gondwara, Bandhwatalab Bhanpuri, Bandhwatalab Daldalseoni, Thakur Diya Talab, Kotha Darri Talab, Sarjubandha talab, Karbala Talab and Badhwatalab Kachna.
