AFTER the Enforcement Directorate’s raid on companies owned by Member of Parliament Bhavna Gawali on August 30, some officers of the ED again visited Washim and went straight to the office of the Assistant Charity Commissioner Friday and searched for documents pertaining to companies run under Mahila Utkarsha Pratisthan of Bhavna Gawali. With another such visit by ED officials reportedly looking for documents pertaining to the companies of Bhavna Gawali, it is likely that her difficulties might increase in days to come. The authorities stayed for five hours in the office of the Assistant Charity Commissioner on Friday to look for the documents.

Throughout the time when the officials were at the office of Assistant Charity Commissioner, nobody was allowed to come in or go out of the office.
