Reminding the Baghel-led State Government of its promise made before the polls, the Bharataiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) members on the occasion of ‘Chher-Chhera’ asked the government to provide unemployment allowances to the unemployed youths of State.
Strongly registering their protest over the issue, the BJYM alleged that the State Government has failed in fulfilling its promise made during the polls demanding to pay unemployment allowance of Rs 2,500 monthly to the youths which is pending for the last three years.
With placards and banners in their hands, the BJYM members registered their protest for non-release of unemployment allowance at Indira Market.
Addressing the agitation site, BJYM District President Nitesh Sahu alleged although three years have passed the government has forgotten its promise and in order to remind the government of its promise made earlier, the
BJYM launched the protest demonstration on Monday. He added that the protest demonstration was staged as per the directives of the state body of
the BJYM.
Secretaries Dinesh Dewangan, Tekhan Sinha, Gaurav Sharma, Treasurer Nitesh Bafna, Amit Patel, Manish Sahu, Mukesh Sonkar, Chandrakant Sahu, Rahul Bhatt, Himanshu Singh and others were present.
