CP fetes 75 police officers for their outstanding contribution to deptt

COMMISSIONER of Police (CP) Amitesh Kumarfelicitated as many as 75 police officers working at differentpolicestationsunderZone (III) area for their outstanding contribution to the department in 2021. Organised as a part of ‘Azadi ka Amrit Mohotsav,’ the programme was held on the Raising Day of Maharashtra Police at the historic Kotwali Police Station on Sunday. Joint Commissioner of Police AswathiDorje,AdditionalCP(North Region) Navindra Reddy, DCP (Traffic) Sarang Awhad and DCP (Zone III) Gajanan Rajmane were prominently present on the occasion. Senior Inspectors, who were honoured included Bharat Kshirsagar (Ganeshpeth), Jayesh Bhandarkar (Tehsil),SanjayMendhe(Pachpaoli), Mukund Thakre (Kotwali), Ganesh Jamdar (Shanti Nagar), and Parag Pote (Lakadganj).
 
Individual prizes were given to Women Police Inspectors (WPI) PT Ekurke (Kotwali), Amita Jaipurkar (Lakadganj), and WAPI Swaranjali Khamkar, PSI Ganesh Kale (Tehsil), WPSI Yogita Tarale (Kotwali), API Chandrakant Kose (Pachpaoli), API Ajay Lingnurkar (Kotwali), PSI SwapnilWaghTehsil,PSIVRBarange (Lakadganj), API Riyaz Mulani (Ganeshpeth), PSI Arun Bakal (Shanti Nagar), WPSI Bhagyashree Puri (Tehsil) and API Vishal Mane (Lakadganj). Thesanitationworkersofallpolice stations were also felicitated on the occasion. Attheoutset,DCPRajmanemade introductory remarks. The proceedings of the function were conducted by WPI Ekurke. Later, seniorPIMukundThakre(Kotwali)proposed a vote of thanks.
