Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Prashant Agrawal on Thursday felicitated police officials/personnel who caught criminals red-handed and averted big crimes in the district. Mandirhasoud Police Station’s Assistant SI Anil Gandharva, Bhupendra Kumar Khunte, Rakesh Sahu and Rakesh Hirwani were felicitated for catching five men red-handed attempting to break into a jewellery store behind bus stand on the intervening night of November 19-20, 2021. SSP also feted Mandirhasoud Police Station’s Head Constable Dharmenfra Kumar Verma, Devendra madhuri and Nirmal Sultan for stopping one Pritam Kushwaha from stealing cash from Punjab National Bank’s ATM.
