Cent-per-cent vaccination took place in 192 schools of Raipur District till dates as per schedule in age group of 15-18 years. The drive started on January 3. During vaccination drive District Collector Saurabh Kumar visited the schools and encouraged the students. Students were very enthusiastic towards the vaccination drive. Students were seen in long queues waiting for their turn for vaccination.

 

Those schools achieved cent-per-cent vaccination are 33 in Arang developmental block, 13 schools in Dharsiva developmental block, 5 schools in Municipal Corporation Birgaon and 141 schools of Municipal Corporation Raipur are in the list. District Collector, Saurabh Kumar has greeted the officials of Health Department, Education Department, parents and concerned official for the success of the drive in the district. He said the vaccination drive is among top priority works in State and vaccines are completely safe.
