Total 292 candidates enthusiastically participated in Agniveer female recruitment (Military Police) rally organised at Jammu and Kashmir Rifles Regimental Centre, on Monday.

Chief guest on the occasion was Lieutenant General MK Das PVSM, SM, VSM, GOC Madhya Bharat Area and Colonel of the Jammu and Kashmir Rifles Regimental Centre.

Lt Gen MK Das addressed the female candidates and encouraged them to step forward with hard work with dedication and told to make it true the dream of a self-reliant India. The GOC said that the aim of the nation is to promote progress and confidence of women, which is important for the development of the country. Women are capable to change the society and the country and they are fully capable of handling the problems better as well as managing the economic condition of the family.

The recruitment rally was organised by the Zonal Recruitment Office, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh. Total numbers of 705 admit cards were issued to the applicants and total 292 candidates participated in the recruitment rally.
