Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel on Thursday announced that full fledged tehsil office would be set up at Dadhi village under Nawagarh legislative assembly of Bemetara district.
Addressing the villagers during his ‘Bhent Mulaqat’ programme at Dadhi village under Nawagarh legislative assembly of Bemetara district, Chief Minister Baghel made various announcements including Dadhi to be given status of full fledge tehsil, Swami Atmanand English Medium School to be opened at Dadhi village, construction of concrete road to be carried out from Sahda Dev Chowk to Main Gate, community hall to be constructed at Dadhi village, road to be constructed from Semariya-Bhensbod to Sendari, renovation of Raja Bada to be carried out, new branch of District Cooperative Bank to be opened at Pratappur village, and new building to be constructed for Primary School Tarke and High School Chargawaon.
Baghel took feedback from the villagers. The Chief Minister said that the State Government is carrying out income generation oriented activities and providing quality education by opening of Swami Atmanand English Medium Schools.
A beneficiary raised the issue of disabled people going to the ration shop to obtain rations in the Bhent Mulaqat programme at Dadhi village. The Chief Minister responded that orders have been issued that in such a circumstance, authorized persons can also take rations according to rules.
Sahbeen informed the Chief Minister that she is receiving benefits from the Godhan Nyay Yojana. She has earned 40,000 rupees so far from selling cow dung. And right now, she is schooling her children with the aid of the money she earns. Prabhuram, the President of the Damedih Gauthan Committee, said that their committee had received Rs 6 lakhs. The money is being used for the maintenance of gauthans, he added. The Chief Minister said that our socialist leaders always believed that policies for the people cannot be made while sitting in air-conditioned rooms. MLA Gurudayal Singh Banjare, Secretary to Chief Minister Siddharth Komal Singh Pardeshi, Chief Conservator of Forest B P Singh, Collector Jitendra Kumar Shukla, other officers and local public representatives were present.
