People more inclined towards fast, instant hits: Paudwal

“Melody keeps the music alive which is purest form of singing. But when it gets remixed with other sound and words, the music loses its originality,” said noted Bhajan Singer Anuradha Paudwal while interacting with media during her private visit in the city, on Saturday. Singer Paudwal shared her views on transformation of singing forms with the impact of social media. She said that nowadays people are much interested in listening fast and instant hits, like earlier slow and melodious songs. She also shared her views on laws of religious equality. She said that every community should equally follow laws made by the administration during festivals celebration.
 
She added that it has been years that ‘Jagrate’ (Hindu Cultural activity) did not conducted properly in order to follow the norms. But it broke her when she saw another community people practicing their culture activities with violating the norms. Later, Bhajan Singer Anuradha Paudwal also informed about opting career in Bollywood singing. She said that ‘according to me one interested in music must have three things to become a playback singer i.e. Talent, Hard Work and Fate. These three things help the singer to achieve actual success in Bollywood singing. Nowadays due to major impact of social media everyone is trying to be an artist without knowing its actual importance.’
