JSC administrative Office wins ‘Cycle for Change Contest’ at national level

Administrative Officer, Jabalpur Smart City (JSC), Ravi Rao, won the ‘Cycle for Change Contest’ held at national level by covering the distance of 3701 kilometers on bicycle. It may be mentioned that ‘Cycle for Change Contest’ was organised by the Government of India under ‘Freedom to Walk and Cycle Abhiyan’ in 100 cities across the country between January 1 and January 26, 2022.
Administration Officer, Ravi Rao from Jabalpur Smart City paddled bicycle for 3701 Kms to claim first prize in the contest. Rao bestowed with first prize at the hands of minister of Petroleum and Natural Gas and Minister of Housing and Urban Affairs, Government of India, Hardeep Singh Puri during a ceremony held at Surat.
Rao’s achievement not only highlighted Jabalpur Smart City but also the entire Sanskardhani at the national-level. Collector, Dr. Ilaiyaraja T., Municipal Commissioner, Ashish Vashisth, Chief Executive Officer, Smart City, Nidhi Singh Rajput and other officers and employees congratulated Rao for his remarkable achievement. According to CEO, Rajput, the event was attended by the senior officers CEOs of 100 Smart Cities and Municipal Commissioners who applauded the efforts being made in Jabalpur Smart City.
