Infrastructure is essential to ensure timely dispensation of justice, in order to do so another benchmark supplemented in the infrastructural expansion in district judiciary, Madhya Pradesh.
Chief Justice of Madhya Pradesh High Court Ravi Malimath in the presence of Justice Sheel Nagu, Justice Anjuli Palo and other companion Judges virtually inaugurated two infrastructure projects on Tuesday.
The inaugurated projects include Civil Court Complex, Maihar, and Mediation Centre, Maihar, both in Satna district. Chief Justice Ravi Malimath has delivered the keynote address and said that a well-established judicial infrastructure is essential to enhance the quality and quantity of judicial work. He further emphasised serving the public since the state is spending huge amounts on such projects. He has extended his warm wishes and congratulates the concerned district judiciary, Madhya Pradesh.
The aforesaid constructed Civil Courts Complex at Maihar, Satna having all requisite facilities for an ideal judicial complex as well as mediation centre. It has sufficient parking space, separate entry for judges and public, provision has been made for male female bar room, lock up room, bank post office, canteen.
