“Good behavior and dedicated services of rail frontline staff for passengers is the best quality to get faith of passengers on Railways. Execution of this quality is the best way for employees to set high standards for their department. The Government is intent to develop such quality in rail frontline workers for establishing best image of department amongst passengers,” said WCR Principal Chief Commercial Manager, Mukul Saran Mathur while addressing a workshop of rail frontline workers, on Friday.
