AASHNA Avi Chaudhary, a budding fencer of Bhavan’s Bhagwandas Purohit Vidya Mandir, Civil Lines, brought laurels to the school by winning a bronze meal in the 23rd Sub Junior National Fencing Championship that concluded at Raipur recently. Earlier, Aashna did a fine job in the district meet and later in the State meet that was held in Aurangabad to confirm a berth for the nationals. She was the only player from the city to make it to the State squad. Principal Anju Bhutani congratulated the medal winner.
