Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that there is a need for super specialty hospital in rural areas. The launching of such a hospital in the land of Lord Narasimha is big things. Hospital is not for profit making, it is the biggest way to serve. He said the hospital management must treat and serve patients considering them as God. Do not allow any poor person to return from the hospital without treatment.
Chief Minister Chouhan today inaugurated the Laxmi Narayan Memorial Hospital located near Chhindwara Bypass Road in Narsinghpur. Paying homage to Rao Laxmi Narayan Singh, he said that true sons and daughters do not leave their parents, but carry forward their values. The occasion of the inauguration of the hospital and the love of MP Rao Uday Pratap Singh has erased all political differences. Such incidents fill the mind with joy.
Chief Minister Chouhan said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi as started Ayushman Niramayam Yojana for proper treatment of the poor. Under this scheme, the facility of free treatment up to Rs 5 lakh is also available in identified private hospitals. Arrangements have also been made for the treatment of the needy with the amount of the Mukhya Mantri Swechchhanudan.
CM Chouhan said that the a healthy body is a source of joy. There is no religion greater than service. He expressed this through Tulsidas’s Chaupai “Parhit Saris Dharma Nahi Bhai- Par Peeda Sam Nahi Adhamai”. The Chief Minister assured that the state government would not allow any poor person to go without treatment.
In his welcome address, Member of Parliament Rao Uday Pratap Singh expressed his gratitude towards the Chief Minister. He said that this hospital has been started in the memory of his father. The hospital management wants to work in the district and their goal is to serve the poor.
Mineral Resources and Labour Minister Brijendra Pratap Singh, Rajya Sabha MP Kailash Soni, Director of Laxmi Narayan Memorial Hospital, Dr. Rao Aman Pratap Singh, Dr. Yashaswini Nanda, Hemlata Rao, Rao Anuj Pratap Singh, Manju Rao along with public representatives and citizens were present. Abhilash Mishra proposed the vote of thanks.
Member of Parliament Rao Uday Pratap Singh and the hospital management presented a memento to the Chief Minister Chouhan. The programme was inaugurated by Chief Minister Chouhan with Kanya Pujan. Chief Minister Chouhan unveiled the statue of Late Rao Laxmi Narayan Singh and also planted an almond sapling in the hospital premises.
