PREPARATION for conducting fourth edition of the Khasdar Krida Mahotsav (KKM) has begun. KKM, brainchild of Union Minister Nitin Gadkari, has taken the nation by storm and many MPs across the length and breadth of the country are holding such events at grassroots level in their own constituencies.

Chief Co-ordinator of the event former Mayor Sandip Joshi chaired a meeting in the regard on Monday to finalise dates of the event. Secretary of the Organising Committee Piyush Ambulkar, Dr Sambhaji Bhosale, Nagesh Sahare, Dr Padmakar Charmode, Laxmikant Kirpane, Asfaque Shaikh, Sachin Deshmukh, Amit Sampat, Satish Wade, Ashish Mukim, Prakash Chandryan and others were prominently present.

The event was scheduled to be held in January earlier this year but due to the prevailing situation due to coronavirus pandemic, KKM was postponed.
