Advocate Paritosh Trivedi has been elected as new Secretary of the Madhya Pradesh High Court Bar Association. Advocate Paritosh Trivedi received 581 votes in the election of Bar Association conducted on Tuesday.
During counting, Advocate Trivedi received 581 votes, Advcoate Asheem Trivedi received 462, Advocate Amit Jain received 255, Advocate Rahul Rawat received 153, Advocate Sampoorn Tiwari received 146, Advocate, P K Mishra received 120 votes respectively.
As per Chief Election Officer, Madhya Pradesh High Court Bar Association, Jabalpur, Advocate Dinesh Upadhyay, Advocate Prashant Awasthi and Advocate Ashish Tiwari elected as new Vice-Presidents of the MPHCBA, while Advocate Surendra Kumar Khare and Advocate Deepak Kumar Singh were elected as new Treasurer and new Joint Secretary of the MPHCBA, respectively and Advocate Sangeeta Naidu became new Library In-Charge of the MPHCBA, Jabalpur.
It may be recalled that Advocate Sanjay Verma was elected as new President of Madhya Pradesh High Court Bar Association. Advocate Verma received 1039 votes in the election of Bar Association conducted on Monday.
Chief Election Officer, Madhya Pradesh High Court Bar Association, Jabalpur, Advocate Dinesh Upadhyay has informed that 69 percent votes were cast during election where 1884 out of total 2730 voters used their franchise to cast votes.
Chief Election Officer, Dinesh Upadhyay, Election Officer, Sanjay Seth, Sunil Choubey, Rakesh Pandey, Sarla Pandey, Sudhakar Patel, Ashish Shrivastava, Manish Trivedi, Ashutosh Tiwari, K L Jatal and election supervisor Shailendra Gagrade and Naviv Shukla were present.
