SPORTS Minister of Maharashtra Sunil Kedar recently felicitated medal winners of the Vidarbha Kesari Wrestling Competition which was held at Deori in Wardha.

Nagpur district girl wrestlers clinched several medals in the competition for the first time in history lifting the general championship.

Kedar wished all the winners luck for future.

Kalyani Mohare won the gold medal and was declared as the Vidarbha Kesari. Prajwal Khobragade and Ashita Manohare also won a gold medal each. Prashita Jambhulkar too won the bronze medal while Jemima Bagwan won bronze medal. Samiksha Kosche clinched the silver medal while Shruti Sirsat won a bronze medal.

During the felicitation function, Ganesh Kohale, Harihar Bhawalkar, Anil Admane, Dilip Itankar, Ramesh Khade, Gowardhan Warthi, Nilesh Raut, Rama Yangad and others were also present.
