A division bench of the Madhya Pradesh High Court, comprising of Justice Sheel Nagu and Justice Maninder Bhatti on Monday, passed interim order that it was directed to the respondent to ensure that the reservation for OBC category shall not be more than 14 per cent while carrying out the process of MP State Services, Preliminary/ Main Examination-2020. It is made clear that this interim measure is based purely on the principle of parity.
Petitioner Satendra Singh Bhadauria filed this petition through Advocate Aditya Sanghi has sought interim relief for in a memorandum of petition is as follows that during pendency of the instant writ petition, the petitioner sought that the Mains Examination for State Services Preliminary Examination-2020/State Forest Service Preliminary Examination, 2020 be stayed and the revised result of MP State Services Preliminary Examination2020/State, Forest Service Preliminary Examination-2020 be declared on the basis of 14 per cent reservation to the OBC Category candidates in the interest of justice.
