Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel inaugurated as well as performed bhoomipujan of 171 development works worth 146.62 crore at Tatamari in Keshkal assembly constituency of Kondagaon district on Sunday.

CM Baghel also inaugurated 43 development works worth Rs 40.94 crore and performed bhoomipujan of

128 development works worth Rs 105.67 crore in a function organised at Tatamari. He inaugurated the Tourism Information Centre, Tatamari by cutting the ribbon. President of Women Self-Help Group Lakshmi Sahu and

member Jayanti Dhruw were also present.

Chief Minister Baghel inaugurated Mawa Kondanar Tourism Information Centre, Mawa, Kondanar. He also released the logo of Mawar Kondanar Tourism Circuit. Tourists will be provided information about tourist places of Kondagaon district.

It may be mentioned that Mawa Kondanar Tourist Circuit is being developed to generate employment opportunities for local people. In a bid to attract tourists, tourism package of 3 days and 2 nights has been prepared, in which tourists will be shown picturesque valleys, more than 20 waterfalls, archaeological remains, tribal civilization-culture, prehistoric rock paintings, and the unique culture of Kondagaon sitting in the lap of the nature. Industry Minister Kawasi Lakhma, Rajya Sabha Member Phulodevi Netam, MP Deepak Baij, Keshkal MLA Santram Netam, other public representatives and officials were present.
