The five state toppers of UPSC gathered in Durg on Friday and shared their success mantra with the aspirants. All of them had different education fields, but opined that one should choose the subject of own choice and study hard to achieve success.
Topper Shraddha Shukla who is from Raipur said that she did not take coaching or went to other city for coaching but studied in Raipur itself.
Pooja Sahu told that she is from village Magarload where there is no internet coverage. If you want internet, you have to go upstairs to the roof. However, this was no obstacle for this. Pooja felt that social media is the biggest obstacle for studies and did not turn to social media for three years. She said that even if you do not clear in the first two attempts do not lose hope. Stay away from negativity and nurture positivity inside. Abhishek Aggarwal said that he is in a job, so he had to manage time and one can study along with job also. Akshay Pillai said that whatever be the subject, you should have a grasp on the subject. Divyanjali Jaiswal said that UPSC preparation is like running a marathon. It is very important to have a right strategy to crack the exam.
Collector Dr Sarveshwar Narendra Bhure also shared his experiences in the workshop. He said that hard work starts
working from where your intelligence is limited. SP Dr Abhishek Pallav also shared his experiences. He said that there is no substitute for hard work. Smart work also starts with the experiences gained from hard work. If one works hard with the right strategy, then success is certain. During this workshop there was a questionnaire session in which aspirants asked questions to the selected candidates. At the end of the workshop, Additional Collector Padmini Bhoi proposed a vote of thanks. She said that the workshop would definitely benefit aspirants. Deputy Collector Jageshwar Kaushal, Lavkesh Dhruv and Deputy Director Manpower Planning Rajkumar Kurre were also present.
