RMC/RSCL teams played crucial role in rescue

Team of Raipur Smart City Limited (RSCL) and Raipur Municipal Corporation (RMC) worked shoulder-to-shoulder with the Army to rescue Rahul.
Personnel and staff of Army, National Disaster Relief Force (NDRF), State Disaster Relief Force (SDRF), Public Works Department, Southeaster Coalfield Limited and RMC/ RSCL had put in a concerted herculean effort using high-tech machinery to rescue.
Team of RSCL and RMC was also on alert mode as soon as the news of Rahul stuck in bore-well was breaking out. The team was dispatched to Piprid the very next day. The ten-member team was consisting of such team leaders and labourers that had expertise in digging. On the same day, SDD Rock-breaker machine was also retrieved from the construction site and sent with the team to Piprid. The team was leading the demolition of rocks and remained steadfast for five days to prepare a cave. It was the same team whose member entered the narrow cave, hanging in the hole upside down to lift Rahul up. After the successful rescue operation, Indian Army and Janjgir District Administration patted on the back of the team.
