Our Central and State governments are giving free ration to the poor, providing accommodation, free treatment up to Rs 5 lakh is being provided under Ayushman Yojana. Has Congress ever done this? The eyes of the Congressmen are on the ration of the poor. They can build their own bungalows, but cannot think of building houses for the poor. BJP has done many development works in Bhopal. BJP and development are synonymous with each other, Congress can only divide. Therefore, all of you should take a pledge to elect Mayoral candidate of Bharatiya Janata Party, Malti Rai and the BJP councillors, said Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan and State President Vishnudutt Sharma addressing the gathering on Friday before the filing of nominations by party’s Mayoral candidate Malti Rai. Party candidate Rai also addressed the gathering. We will make Bhopal a wonderful city, but for that BJP Mayor-Councillor is necessary: Chouhan: Addressing the gathering, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that during the era of Congress, Bhopal used to have heaps of garbage and stinking. The Bharatiya Janata Party made Bhopal a beautiful city. Our municipal corporation made it the second cleanest city in the country. The BJP government built many bridges in Bhopal like Veer Savarkar Setu, Raja Bhoj Setu. We brought water from Narmada river to Bhopal. Could Congress have done this? How will a party which has no water left, how will it quench the thirst of the people? Chouhan said that we want to make Bhopal a wonderful city. A city in which development and poor welfare works, cleanliness, clean environment. There should be an industrial hub, employment and business. Be it IT city, be it hi-tech city. After the municipal elections, we will give money to the street vendors under the Prime Minister and Mukhyamantri Svanidhi Yojana, arrange for the handcarts and provide enough food to the poor for Rs 10. Chouhan said that apart from this, Bhopal will get Rs 1,500 crore under Mission Nagroday. Our Government is ready to spend money for this, but that money will be put to good use only if there is a BJP mayor and councillors. Same worn-out face in Congress, every BJP worker dynamic: CM Chouhan said that the way the Congress party has announced candidates, it seems that there is either a shortage of good workers in the Congress, or tickets are being given to those who are getting the goods. Somewhere the former mayor was given a ticket, and elsewhere the MLA. This is an insult to the common workers. Chouhan said that our party is different. We are proud of our leadership, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, National President J P Nadda and State President Vishnudutt Sharma. We made the guideline of one person one post and all those to whom tickets were given are common workers of the party. Chouhan said that not only the candidates of BJP, but every worker also is dynamic. Every booth worker in BJP is a Mayor’s candidate: Vishnudutt Sharma: State President of the party and MP Vishnudutt Sharma addressing the public meeting said that Bharatiya Janata Party is a worker based party. The party has made a common worker, Malti Rai this is possible only in the Bharatiya Janata Party. He said “when I was sent to Khajuraho in the Lok Sabha elections. Then the friends of the media asked you are 12 days left, how will you win the election. Then I said that in BJP the candidate is only nominal, every worker of the booth is a candidate. Similarly, not only the Bhopal Mayor’s candidate Malti Rai, but the worker of every booth in Bhopal also is Mayoral candidate. BJP and development are synonymous
with each other: Vishnudutt Sharma said that under the leadership of the Bharatiya Janata Party government, all-round development has taken place in all areas from municipal to rural body. When there was a split government in the state before 2003, Madhya Pradesh used to come under the category of BIMARU state. During the tenure of the BJP government, the state has emerged from a BIMARU state and has stood in the category of developed states of the country. He said that the BJP government is doing the work of realising the dream of Prime Minister Narendra Modiji. Indore is first in terms of cleanliness in the country, while Bhopal has also not lagged behind. Be it cleanliness mission or development issues, the work of meeting the needs like roads, electricity, water has been done by our government under the leadership of the party and every councillor in Bhopal. BJP and development are synonymous with each other. Kamal Nath also believes that the biggest strength of BJP is its workers.
Sharma said that Congress President and former Chief Minister Kamal Nath tells Congress workers that our concern is the workers of Bharatiya Janata Party, because they are the biggest strength of BJP. Sharma said that we have entered the electoral fray only on the basis of the merit and strength of the worker and we have resolved to win every booth in 85 wards of Bhopal. He said that the workers should go to the booth and what did the Congress do in Madhya Pradesh and Bhopal. Congress leaders will try to mislead the public with lies, deceit, but we, under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, go door-to-door on the issue of poor welfare schemes and development, Malti Rai We will move forward with the resolve to make him victorious.

I will work dedicatedly for the development of Bhopal with full devotion and sincerity.
