Nadda praises welfare policies of State Government

National President of Bharatiya Janata Party J P Nadda addressed a press conference organised at State BJP office, Bhopal, on Wednesday and discussed in detail the achievements of eight years of welfare government of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He also appreciated the public welfare policies of the State Government. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, State BJP President Vishnu Dutt Sharma, National General Secretary of the party Kailash Vijayvargiya, State BJP incharge Murlidhar Rao, Co-incharge Pankaja Munde, Home Minister Narottam Mishra were also present in the press conference.
Earlier, a huge reception was organised outside the airport in honour of Nadda. All the ministers, MPs and MLAs of were also present at the State hangar. A huge crowd of workers welcomed their National President Nadda with full enthusiasm and zeal. While addressing the press conference, Nadda said that this year we are celebrating the birth centenary of our great sage, skilled organiser and party’s former national president, revered Kushabhau Thakre as ‘Sangthan Parv’. Under this, we have made a comprehensive plan to strengthen every booth at the grassroots level. There are about 10.40 lakh political booths in the country. Out of this, the organisation of Bharatiya Janata Party has expanded to about 8.50 lakh booths. In Madhya Pradesh too, the state BJP unit has digitally progressed in 64,634 booths.
Continuing the discussion about the development journey of Madhya Pradesh, Nadda said that under the Ujjwala scheme, about 79 lakh poor women have been given gas connections in the state. Under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, about 42 lakh houses have been built in the State. Under the Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Yojana, about 43.53 lakh metric tonnes of food grains have been distributed in Madhya Pradesh. Under the Prime Minister Kisan Samman Nidhi, about 82 lakh farmers of the State have got benefits. In addition to the Central government’s Rs 6,000 annually, Rs 4,000 is being given to the farmers of the State by Shivraj Chouhan government. In this way, farmers in Madhya Pradesh are getting financial assistance of Rs 10,000 annually. Once Madhya Pradesh used to struggle with power shortage, today it is known as power surplus state. Financial assistance of about Rs 589 crore has been given to street vendors in the State. Nadda said that party workers have also contributed a lot in last mile delivery. About 50 crore food packets were distributed by the party during the corona period, about 30 crore masks and 3 crore sanitisers were distributed. Arrangements were made for the migrant labourers to reach the destination. Under Ayushman Bharat, 3 crore people have been benefited in the country and an amount of about Rs 23,000 crore has been spent by the Narendra Modi government at the Centre. India, which was earlier dependent on other countries for vaccines, has become a big hub of vaccines today.
