The frontline employees, who remain in direct contact with passengers, of Raipur railway division were recently
subjected to citizen centric training under ‘Mission Rail Karmayogi’.
As per the information received, around 712 frontline workers from Raipur division’s commercial and operating departments were given training in sessions conducted between May 5 and May 31 under ‘Mission Rail Karmayogi’. Under this campaign, around 18 master trainers trained in IRITM Lucknow during this training programme.
Meanwhile, master trainers detailed participants about the effective and smooth way of dealing with passengers and railway customers by understanding their sentiments and curiosities.
During training, the participants were motivated by Divisional Railway Manager (DRM) Shyam Sunder Gupta, Additional Divisional Railway Manager Ashish Mishra, former Senior Divisional Operating Manager Prakash Chandra Tripathi, Senior Divisional Commercial Manager Vipin Vaishnav by visiting the training centre.
On June 2, DRM Gupta honoured 18 master trainers for their significant contribution under Mission Rail Karmayogi by presenting them citations. Meanwhile, the DRM appreciated two super trainers R P Mandal (chief DTI) and
Manoj Hati (Chief Commercial Inspector) for successful hosting of the training sessions. On this occasion, Senior Divisional Operations Manager Pulkit Singhal and Assistant Commercial Manager Sambhu Shah were present.
