BJP MLA and former minister Brijmohan Agrawal on Wednesday said that ‘Kaka & Baba’ are misleading the people here on the ongoing controversy over Hasdeo Aranya by passing buck on each other. The BJP leader said that not even a single leaf can moved without the permission of the state government. Final decision on environment, tree felling and mining is taken by the State Government only, said Agrawal.

When it comes to taking responsibility, the Congress people start blaming each other or the Central Government. When the Chief Minister mentioned bullet fire in his interaction, his frustration can easily be imagined, said Agrawal.

The Congress Government of Chhattisgarh should not drag the Centre into the Hasdeo Aranya issue, Agrawal said. The Chief Minister said the other day that not even a branch will be cut without T S Singhdeo’s permission. If the chief minister will make it clear as to who comes first for him – tribals their culture or Singhdeo. The ‘Kaka and Baba’ are engaged in misleading the people. Meanwhile, T S Singhdeo on Wednesday tweeted that he is grateful to the Chief Minister for showing faith in him. Singhdeo said that if the villagers are united on their decision then no one can snatch their land. It is a matter of constitutional rights of the villagers, said Singhdeo.
