10 people held for creating ruckus, attacking doctor at Medical College

Garha police have nabbed total 10 accused, including a minor boy, for creating ruckus and attacking a doctor at Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Medical College and Hospital, on Sunday.
According to Garha police, at around 3 am on Sunday, Dr Akansha Mehra lodged a written complaint that she is posted as Surgery Resident at Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Medical College and Hospital.
On July 9 night, four persons arrived and insisted her to attending their patient first. She suggested them to make entry slip till then she will attend other patients.
They lost their patient and started abusing her and forced her for first attending their patient.
Witnessing the argument, Dr Vishal tried to convince the agitators when they threatened him to see him outside the hospital. Meanwhile, around 20 persons forcibly entered the casualty and attacked Dr Vishal Mishra. She heard two of the miscreants as Pradeep Kushwaha and Akash Patel and they managed to escape after threatened them to life.
Acting on the complaint, Garha police registered a case under sections 294, 332, 353, 186 and 34 of IPC and Section 3 / 4 of Madhya Pradesh Doctor and Medical Staff Protection Act. Taking a serious note into the case, Superintendent of Police, Siddharth Bahuguna (IPS) constituted a team under the supervision of Additional SP (City South), Sanjay Kumar Agrawal and CSP, Garha, Tushal Singh.
Police team led by SHO, Garha, Rakesh Tiwari started a search and nabbed total ten accused named Pradeep Kushwaha (19), Akash Patel (20), residents of Jogini Nagar, Rampur, Gorakhpur, Aman Chakrawarty (19) of Sethi Nagar, Vicky Reddy (22) of Chhoti Line Fhatak, Vikku alias Vikesh Tripathi (21), Suraj Yadav (18) of 90-quarters, Abhishek Dehriya (19) of Shakti Nagar, Aman Chakrawarty (21) of Sethi Nagar, Addu alias Aditya Ben (19) of Sethi Nagar and a 16-year-old boy while a search is underway to identify and apprehend other accused.
