Delhi Public School, Mihan held its ‘Investiture Ceremony’ in connection with the Founder’s Day celebrations on Saturday to foster leadership qualities in the students and to instill a sense of duty towards the school administration. Lohit Matani, DCP Zone-I, graced the occasion as chief guest and addressed the Students’ Council. He inspired the students to serve as role models for the next generation. President and the Pro Vice Chairperson Tulika Kedia extended her blessings to the student leaders. A special message of her on this occasion was read out by the School Director Savita Jaiswal.

 

Head Girl Yashvi Palhajani, Head Boy Rishil Sarkar, Sports Captain Aditya Pise, Sports Vice Captain Kaushik Chaudhari, Cultural Captain Anandi Bhondwe, Cultural Vice Captain Siddhant Chaturvedi along with the captains and vice captains of the Brahmaputra, Godavari, Narmada and Sabarmati houses took the oath which was administered by the Principal Nidhi Yadav. The newly elected members of the Students’ Council expressed their thanks for being given the opportunity to serve the institution. The ceremony featured an enthralling symphony presentation and a spectacular dance performance by the students. The programme was compered by Pakhi Gaur and Pranav Raj. The Head Girl Yashvi Pahlajani proposed the formal vote of thanks.
