Enforcement Cell squad of Town Services Department (TSD) of Bhilai Steel Plant (BSP) sealed an industry which was functioning by encroaching BSP land in Khursipar, Bhilai. With executing BSP Estate Court decree Enforcement Cell squad accompanied by police and private guards sealed the industry.

As per Enforcement Cell of TSD, BSP officials on Wednesday, the Enforcement Cell squad of TSD, BSP reached the area by highway in Khursipar, Bhilai and sealed the industry Mahalaxmi Trading and Chandra Heavy Lifters in Khursipar, Bhilai, spread over 23,593 square feet area with encroaching BSP land. During the process Enforcement Cell team was accompanied by Executive Magistrate, Khursipar police officials and personnel and private guards.

In the matter Enforcement Cell squad took in possession the factory and handed over the same to Estate Court of BSP for further action. It is also learnt that the decree was given long back in the year 2004 but

it remained pending for longtime. The market value of the same land is over Rs 11 crore. With executing Estate Court, BSP decree Enforcement Cell squad sealed the industry. Enforcement Cell of BSP is constantly undertaking the anti-encroachment drive and clearing encroachment over BSP land unauthorized occupation of BSP’s residential quarters
