Teen hangs self in hostel, no suicide note found

A teenager hanged himself in the hostel of Shramodaya Vidyalaya located in Khajuri Road police station area on Saturday evening. He was a student of class X. No suicide note was found from the spot.
After the incident, apart from police, officials of the administration also reached the spot. Madhya Pradesh State Commission for Protection of Child Rights has taken the matter seriously. The Commission’s team will inspect the spot on Monday. According to police, Abhishek (16), son of Rajaram Chadar, was a native of Tikamgarh. He was studying in Shramodaya School in village Mungalia Chhap since last four years. His two sisters also study in the same school. Had reached the hostel for lunch Lunch is served in the school from 1 pm to 2 pm. During this, children go to their rooms in hostel. Three students live in one room. According to SI Indersingh Mujalda, who is investigating the case, one of Abhishek’s companions had reached the school after lunch time was over, but Abhishek and another student did not reach the school. When teachers reached the hostel to call them, it was found that Abhishek had locked the door from inside.
His friend was knocking on the door for a long time. Anticipating something was wrong, the teacher called the carpenter and opened the door, only to find Abhishek hanging. He was brought down and rushed to JP Hospital, where after checking, the doctor declared him brought dead.
On coming to know about the incident, officials of the administration also reached and questioned teachers and students. During the search, police did not find any suicide note from the spot. The information about the incident has been sent to relatives of the deceased. The matter is being investigated.
Mobile was stolen, was scolded by authorities
Keeping mobile phones in the school is prohibited. It was learnt that Abhishek had brought a mobile phone from his house. His phone was lost somewhere. On the other hand, when the school management received information of Abhishek having a mobile phone, he was scolded.
Due to this he was under stress. It was also revealed in the investigation that Abhishek suffered from an inferiority complex as he was weak in studies. SDM Huzur Akash Srivastava says that the reason for suicide in this case is not clear yet. Two sisters of the student also study in the school. Police are investigating the matter.
Child Rights Commission takes cognizance Madhya Pradesh State Commission for Protection of Child Rights has taken cognizance of the student committing suicide in the hostel of Shramodaya Vidyalaya. Commission member Brijesh Chauhan said that on Monday the team of the commission will inspect the spot. Action will be recommended against whoever is found guilty in this case.
