CM seeks Lord Ganesha’s blessings for speedy progress of State

Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan installed a Ganesh idol at the CM’s residence on Ganesh Chaturthi on Wednesday. Earlier, CM Chouhan, along with wife Sadhna Singh, sons Kartikeya and Kunal reached Mata Mandir Chakki Chauraha area to buy Ganesh idol. Chief Minister Chouhan called upon Ganeshji to come to the residence at the pandal of Ram Naresh Art Shiv Kala Kendra of Dinesh Prajapati.
Chief Minister Chouhan left for the CM’s residence along with the family amidst the showering of flowers, beating of drums and blowing of trumpets in an open decorated vehicle with Ganesh idol.
From there the CM reached the residence via New Market, Banganga, Polytechnic intersection. He greeted the people on the way on Ganesh Chaturthi and accepted their greetings.
Amidst showering of flowers and chants of ‘Ganpati Bappa Morya’, Ghar-ghar Pooja Ho Riya” and ‘Ek-Do-Teen-Char-Ganpatiji Ki Jai-Jai Kar’, Sadhna Singh welcome the Ganpati idol in the residence while
performing puja. Chief Minister Chouhan, through media representatives, extended warm greetings and best wishes to the people of the State on the auspicious occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi.
CM Chouhan said that for the last two years, during the corona pandemic, worship and festival of Lord Ganesh had to be celebrated while following the protocol of COVID. Now corona is over, Ganpatiji is coming. Today, we have come to take Ganeshji along with the family like every year. Chief Minister Chouhan said that Ganesh is Siddhivinayak (bestower of success), destroyer of troubles and provider of good intellect. Lord Ganesh is the one who makes us tread on the right path and brings welfare to all. May Lord Ganesh remove all obstacles, bless everyone, may there be joy, enthusiasm and happiness in everyone’s life. With his blessings and grace, all the obstacles in the progress of the country and the State should be removed, this is the prayer at his feet. Chief Minister Chouhan has appealed to the people of the State to worship Ganpatiji with rituals and with full enthusiasm, celebrate Ganesh Utsav and pray for everyone to be happy, healthy, well-being to all.
