The process of admission to Bachelor of Engineering/ Bachelor of Technology, Master of Engineering and Technology (Integrated 5-year course) in Maharashtra colleges began on Wednesday. State Common Entrance Cell of Maharashtra has also issued a notification in this regard. The on-line registration of application and uploading of required documents by candidates will end on October 4, 2022.

Documents verification and confirmation of application form for admission, which is a mandatory activity, will conclude on October 4, 2022. Facility of online registration and documents verification, confirmation of application form for admission to seats other than Centralised Admission Process (CAP) seats shall be continued till November 17, 2022 by facilitation center. Applications registered after October 4, 2022 shall be considered only for non-CAP seats. Applications confirmed by Facilitation Center after October 4, 2022 shall be considered only for non-CAP seats.

The provisional merit list will be displayed on October 7. Submission of grievance, if any, for all types of candidates should be submitted between October 8 and October 10. During this period candidate can personally visit and submit the required documents (if any) for verification at Facilitation Centre. Final merit list will be put on display on October 12 while the provisional list of category-wise seats will be displayed on October 12.

CAP Round 1 will begin on October 13 and online submission and confirmation of option form will be held till October 15. The provisional allotment will be made on October 18. Candidates have to give acceptance as per the allotment of CAP Round 1 between October 19 and October 21. Students will have to report to the allotted institute and they will have to confirm admissions by submitting required documents between October 19 and October 21.
