MP to gift cheetahs to Prime Minister Narendra Modi on his birthday

Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan informed the ministers before the Cabinet meeting on Tuesday that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Kuno on his birthday on September 17. Cheetahs coming from South Africa will be given entry in the Kuno National Park by PM Modi. Prime Minister Modi will also address the Women Self-Help Group’s conference in Karahal (Sheopur). Chief Minister Chouhan said that a memorial would be set up at Rampayali in Balaghat on the contribution of Dr Hedgewar in the Indian Independence War. This village has been his Karmabhoomi. Chief Minister Chouhan said that exemption will be given from September 17 to October 5 for very important transfer from administrative point of view. Chief Minister Chouhan said that the campaign would start from September 17 to ensure that cent percent eligible persons get the benefits of beneficiary oriented schemes. Along with this, two groups of ministers will be formed, who will visit the allotted districts. They will take stock of the quality of development works in the district, availability of benefits of beneficiary oriented schemes to the eligible persons. Ministers will visit and contact the poor settlements and see the situation there. Along with this, he will also discuss with intellectuals. Along with making the general public aware, giving information about the schemes, necessary action will also be taken by the ministers in the districts if there is any deficiency or shortcoming in the implementation of the schemes and government activities. Memorial to be set up at Rampayali, Balaghat on the contribution of Dr. Hedgewar: Chief Minister Chouhan said that the contribution of Dr Hedgewar in the Indian Independence War would be portrayed at Rampayali in Balaghat. Apprising about the memorial of Dr Hedgewar at Rampayali, Chief Minister Chouhan said that the first mention of him was in June 22, 1897, when Dr Hedgewar was about 89 years old. Hedgewar returned home after throwing sweets he got in the celebration of the 60th anniversary of the coronation of Queen Victoria in Nagpur. The boy, Keshav had protested against the British circular by singing Vande Mataram in school.
Dr Hedgewar joined the country’s leading revolutionary organisation in Kolkata the Anushilan Samiti, during his medical studies in the year 1910. On his return to Nagpur, he became active in the Congress in the year 1915 and for some time became the secretary of the Vidarbha Regional Congress. When the Congress session was held in Nagpur in the year 1920, Dr Hedgewar proposed to aim for complete independence, which was not passed. Dr Hedgewar was influenced by Lokmanya Tilak in the year 1916 and started working for Indian independence.
Chief Minister Chouhan said that Dr Hedgewar’s relationship with Rampayali has been there since childhood and this village has been the Karmabhoomi of Hedgewar. After doing MBBS from Calcutta (present day Kolkata), Dr Hedgewar continued to conduct various activities of Indian freedom struggle by staying in Rampayali before the year 1914 and the establishment of RSS in 1925. Dr Hedgewar’s first meeting related to freedom was held on Dussehra at Rampayali. Dr Hedgewar composed many revolutionary activities including Jungle Satyagraha by staying in Rampayali and implemented it from here. Dr Hedgewar started giving furious speeches against the British Government, which registered a case against him and he was sentenced to one year’s rigorous imprisonment. Dr Hedgewar was released from prison on July 12, 1922. He founded Sangh in 1925. He also went to jail during salt movement in 1930. Group of Ministers will monitor public welfare schemes and development activities: CM Chouhan said that Home Minister Dr Narottam Mishra and Minister of State for Public Works, Suresh Dhakad will take responsibility of Shivpur-Sidhi and Betul, Public Works Minister Gopal Bhargava and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Minister Omprakash Saklecha Agar-Malwa, Singrauli, Jhabua and Khandwa, Minister of Water Resources Tulsi Silavat and MoS for Horticulture and Food Processing Bharat Singh Kushwaha will take over the responsibility of Bhind, Shivpuri, Shajapur and Raisen. Forest Minister Kunwar Vijay Shah and Energy Minister Pradyuman Singh Tomar will oversee the activities in Mandla, Anuppur and Umaria, Finance Minister Jagdish Deora and Minister of State (Independent Charge) for School Education Inder Singh Parmar will be responsible for Gwalior, Burhanpur and Harda, Sports and Youth Welfare Minister Yashodhara Raje Scindia and Tourism Minister Usha Thakur Vidisha, Katni and Neemuch and Urban Development and Housing Minister Bhupendra Singh and Tribal Affairs Minister Meena Singh will oversee the activities of Ashok Nagar, Morena, Satna and Shahdol districts.
CM said that Social Justice Minister Prem Singh Patle and MoS for Urban Development OPS Bhadauria Niwari, Panna and Narsinghpur, Farmers Welfare and Agriculture Development Minister Kamal Patel and Revenue and Transport Minister Govind Singh Rajput Dewas, Damoh and Ujjain, Minister of State for Public Health Engineering, Brijendra Singh Yadav and Industrial Policy and Investment Promotion Minister, Rajvardhan Singh will handle the responsibility of Dattigaon, Jabalpur, Chhindwara and Rajgarh. Medical Education Minister Vishwas Sarang and Mineral Resources and Labour Minister Brijendra Pratap Singh will be responsible for Seoni, Chhatarpur and Khargone, Co-operatives Minister Arvind Singh Bhadauria and Minister of State for AYUSH Ramkishore Kavre for Dindori, Guna, Alirajpur and Rewa, Public Health and Family Welfare Minister Dr Prabhuram Chaudhary and Higher Education Minister Dr Mohan Yadav for Tikamgarh, Hoshangabad, Indore, Barwani, Panchayat and Rural Development Minister Panchayat and Rural Development Minister Mahendra Singh Sisodia and New and Renewable Energy Minister Hardeep Singh Dang have been given the responsibility of Bhopal, Sehore, Datia and Sagar. CM said that along with this, four Groups of Ministers will be formed. The first group will monitor activities of providing cent per cent benefit of beneficiary oriented schemes to eligible ones. The group includes Minister Narottam Mishra, Minister Dr Prabhuram Choudhary, Minister Vishwas Sarang, Minister Kamal Patel, Minister Bisahulal Singh, Minister Ram Khilavan Patel, Minister Arvind Bhadauria and Minister of State (independent charge) Bharat Singh Kushwaha. Second group will prepare a roadmap for organising MP Foundation Day and implement it. This one week long event will be a manifestation of the joy of the people of the state. The group will consist of Minister Bhupendra Singh, Minister Yashodhara Raje Scindia, Minister Usha Thakur, Minister Meena Singh, Minister of State (Independent Charge) Inder Singh Parmar, Minister Rajyavardhan Singh Dattigaon and Minister Hardeep Singh Dang. The third group will do the work plan and necessary co-ordination in relation to the tours and activities conducted in the districts. The group will consist of Ministers Gopal Bhargava, Tulsi Silavat, Govind Singh Rajput, Jagdish Deora and Vijay Shah.
