Several posters have come up in the city before the Congress Maharally which displays that the operation of Raj Bhavan is being held from BJP’s state office at Kushabhau Thakre premises. This Congress has been alleging after reservation bills were not signed by Governor instead she had asked ten queries prior to signing the reservation bills.
CM said that State Government has replied to the queries, but even then the reservation bills did not get the assent of Governor.
In his statement, State Congress Spokesperson Dhananjay Singh Thakur claimed that people aggrieved over the delay in signing of the bills are now expressing their displeasure by putting up posters across city. Posters display a message that Raj Bhavan office is being run from the BJP office as reservation bills have been stalled by the Raj Bhavan.
Reservation bills were unanimously passed on December 2 and the Governor has not given her assent to the bills even after 31 days. BJP is hatching a conspiracy for rejecting both reservation amendment bills, Thakur alleged. People from ST, SC, OBC and EWS are deprived of getting benefit of reservation due to delay in signing the reservation amendment bills by the Governor, he added.
