Former Indian cricket team captain Mohammad Azharuddin paid a courtesy call on Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel at his official residence in State Capital Raipur on Thursday.
Azharuddin discussed various important topics with the Chief Minister and efforts being made by the government to promote cricket in Chhattisgarh. He also discussed the international one-day match to be played between India and New Zealand on January 21 at the Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh International Cricket Stadium, Raipur.
Azharuddin also congratulated Chief Minister Baghel on Chhattisgarh hosting this upcoming ODI match. He also congratulated Baghel on becoming a grandfather. Meanwhile, Mohammad Azharuddin was on a visit to Raipur.
