President of India Droupadi Murmu is visiting Nagpur on Friday December 1, 2023. She will stay for two days in city. On Friday she will inaugurate Platinum Jubilee function at Government Medical College and Hospital (Medical) at 4 pm. On Saturday, December 2, the President will deliver address at 111th convocation of Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj University at 10 am. On Friday, the President will arrive at Nagpur’s Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar International Airport from Pune at 12.10 pm by a special Indian Air Force aircraft. At 3.10 pm, the President will visit Jagannath temple, at Rameshwari road and participate in darshan and aarti. The President will be present as the chief guest at the inauguration of the Platinum Jubilee program organized in the premises at 4 pm. After this program, she will proceed for Raj Bhavan and stay there.
 
On Saturday December 2, the President will reach Kavivarya Suresh Bhat Auditorium from Raj Bhavan at 10.30 am where she will deliver convocation address. The President will leave for Delhi at 11.45 am on a special flight of Indian Air Force from Nagpur. Governor Ramesh Bais will be attending both functions where the President is chief guest. Governor will participate in the Platinum jubilee function of GMCH and the 111th convocation of RTMNU in the presence of the President of India. Governor will arrive at Nagpur from Pune at 12.10 pm. After attending both functions, Governor will leave for Mumbai from Nagpur airport on Saturday December 2, 2023 at 5 pm. Chief Minister Eknath Shinde too will reach Nagpur on Friday. He will remain present at airport to welcome President Droupadi Murmu at 12.10 pm. The Chief Minister will grace platinum jubilee function on Friday at 4 pm at GMCH and convocation of RTMNU on Saturday December 2 at 10 am at Suresh Bhat hall in presence of the President of India.
 
Shinde will lay the foundation stone of Gangadharrao Fadnavis Memorial Diagnostic Center at Pawanbhumi Playground on Wardha Road on Friday at 5.30 pm. Nitin Gadkari, Union Road Transport and Highways Minister; Devendra Fadnavis, Deputy Chief Minister and Guardian Minister of Nagpur; Ajit Pawar, Deputy Chief Minister; Hasan Mushrif, Medical Education Minister; will attend the event. The Chief Minister will also participate in Khasdar Sanskrutik Mahotsav at 6.45 pm on Friday. Chief Minister will leave for Mumbai on Saturday December 2, 2023 at 12 noon.
